Reschedules and Cancellations

• We do not reschedule tickets.

• Missed workshop ticket orders are cancelled after the workshop and customer will receive 30% refund to cover the venue and service fees. 
• Ticket cancellations are only available within 24 hours of purchase but no cancellations will be honored 48 hours before the workshop.
