Holiday Shipping Updates

We ship anywhere in the Philippines as long as the area is serviceable by our logistic partners.

  • 3-5 days order processing and delivery within Cebu via Lalamove.

  • 5-7 days delivery outside Cebu via JnT. Holiday lead times for courier might take longer so expect delays.

  • Shipping is free when you spend Php 3000 or more.

  • Please allow 3-5 days to process your orders.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 Hours.

Due to the current pandemic situation, delivery might take longer and we cannot provide a specific delivery date outside the supposed EDD.

 

Returns/Refunds/Replacements

  • We do not accept returns, refunds or replacements for used candles. 
  • Candles damaged in transit will be refunded the order amount minus shipping cost. Similarly, we can replace the candle but shipping cost will be handled by customer.
