Our previous rewards program, the Loyalty Track was built outside our e-commerce platform. This limited us from what we hoped to offer and resulted in a lot of back and forth with customers in terms of tracking and availing of the rewards. Not exactly the kind of experience we hoped to provide.
The new PERKS is more flexible and offers a better way for you to reap your rewards and track your points. Here are some FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) about how this all works.
How do I signup for PERKS?
- Create an account with us to track and use your points. Sign up at www.shopelemento.com
How do I earn and redeem points?
- You start earning points after your purchase and you can redeem rewards anytime, as long as you have the needed points to redeem discounts. For every 1 Peso spent, you get 3 points. 200 points is needed to get 1 peso worth of discount.
What will happen to my Loyalty Track rewards?
- Everyone who has entered the Loyalty Track regardless of where they are on the track has been emailed a discount code. If you are working towards a physical reward, we will mail the reward in early 2023. As of writing this resource, the Loyalty Track has been disabled.
