All About the Loyalty Track

We launched our very own loyalty program in 2021 to very little fanfare. Admittedly, that one is on us. While we believed it to be a solid loyalty program where each purchase inches you closer to rewards, the way we presented it could have gone a little better. Allow us to reintroduce to you the Loyalty Track and let you in on the things you can get as a reward for your support.

The most common question we get with the loyalty track is whether each credit to the track is counted for each candle purchased or for each checkout. Each checkout will count towards your progress. When you have reached the number of purchases, you will be rewarded for that number according to the figure below.

Here’s how it works…

When you sign up for our newsletter or purchasing from us for the first time, you will be emailed a welcome note to introduce you to the Loyalty Track. For example, in the image above, after your 3rd purchase you will receive your first reward: a 5% discount code. It is important to note that you will be emailed the reward after the nth purchase needed for that specific reward. Since we mentioned email, make sure you are receiving marketing emails from us so you’d be eligible for the Loyalty Track. 

What’s next?

There are still a lot to explore as we refine this experience for everyone. Right now, discount codes are valid to use within 30 days upon receipt and will only be eligible online. No manual redemption for discount codes (sorry).

As a small business, restock schedule can be unpredictable. Something I am trying my best to improve on. Case in point, any codes that has expired due to non-restock within the validity period will be considered. While we closely monitor who is eligible for the physical rewards such as the free candles, we would appreciate a heads up if you are expecting a reward in the mail.
